1. Agreement

By accessing or using LFM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use LFM. If you use LFM on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Use of LFM

You may use LFM for evaluation, research, and product development, subject to applicable laws and these terms. You agree not to misuse LFM — including unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or violating the rights of others.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Content and data

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. You grant LFM a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing and improving the service, consistent with our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

LFM — including its software, models, and documentation — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.
  • No attempts to disable, overload, or interfere with LFM.
  • No violation of privacy, IP rights, or applicable regulations.

7. Beta features

Some features may be labelled beta or preview and could change or be discontinued. They are provided as-is.

8. Disclaimers

LFM is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of LFM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms. You may stop using LFM at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
